Sharing your
login details safely

To build your automation, we need access to a few of your accounts. This page explains exactly what to share, and how to do it securely — step by step.

Your information stays private. Everything you share goes into a secure, private Dropbox folder that only you and our team can access. We use your credentials only to set up the automation — nothing else, ever.
How to share

Open the secure upload link we sent you

Click the Dropbox link in your email from us. You do not need a Dropbox account — the link works directly in your browser.

Create a simple text file on your computer

Open Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac) and type in the information listed in the section below. Use this format:

EMAIL ACCOUNT
Email address: your@email.com
Password: yourpassword

FOLLOW UP BOSS
Email address: your@email.com
Password: yourpassword

ZILLOW
Email address: your@email.com
Password: yourpassword

Save the file with any name — for example: setup-details.txt

Upload the file to Dropbox

On the Dropbox upload page, click "Choose files" (or drag your text file onto the page) and upload it. That's it — we'll take it from there.

Delete the file from your computer

Once the upload is confirmed, delete the text file from your computer. There's no reason to keep it there — your information is now safely in Dropbox.

Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other — just let us know which one
💡 If your email has two-step verification (where it sends a code to your phone when you log in), let us know — we'll walk you through a quick extra step to allow our system access without needing your phone each time.

Your current FUB password
💡 If you're the account owner in FUB, even better — it gives us the access level we need without any extra steps.

Zillow
If applicable

The email you use to log in to your Zillow agent account
Password
Your current Zillow password
💡 In most cases, the automation works by monitoring the email Zillow sends you — so we may not need direct Zillow login access. We'll confirm once we review your setup.
